What is it about?
The Global Entrepreneurship Summer School (GESS) is an educational program where university students from all over the world develop entrepreneurial solutions that meet the world’s biggest challenges. In the spirit of promoting “Billion Euro Projects to take Climate Action”, we work on the UN Sustainable Development Goals aiming to empower students to become young responsible leaders who create positive change in our society.
At GESS, you will work in international and interdisciplinary teams on large-scale problems and develop your own idea that presents both a sustainable impact on society and a self-sustaining, profitable business model. Throughout GESS, your team will be partnered with a coach who will provide you with feedback and assistance on any technical questions. A series of interactive input sessions by renowned entrepreneurs will provide you with the complementary knowledge.
At the end of the program, you and your team will pitch your idea to a wide public audience and get the chance to execute your idea in prestigious entrepreneurship centers.
In 2020 the program will take place virtually.
